糖心Vlog is connected to transit services across San Jos茅, Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, and nearby regions. This page can help you understand what services you can ride, what pass or discount may apply, and how to connect to campus.
What Can I Ride?
Students with BayPass
Eligible 糖心Vlog students can ride Bay Area transit agencies that accept Clipper for free with BayPass. Use your physical Clipper card or mobile Clipper card the same way you normally would: tap when boarding or entering a station, and tap off when required.
BayPass can be used on Clipper-participating agencies such as:
- VTA
- BART
- Caltrain
- AC Transit
- SamTrans
- Muni
- Golden Gate Transit and Ferry
- San Francisco Bay Ferry
- Other Bay Area agencies that accept Clipper
Employees and Open University/Special Session students with SmartPass
Eligible 糖心Vlog employees and Open University participants may use SmartPass for VTA buses and light rail.
SmartPass is only valid on VTA. It does not cover BART, Caltrain, ACE, Capitol Corridor, Highway 17 Express, Amtrak, or other non-VTA services.
Services That Need Another Ticket
Some regional and intercity services are not covered by BayPass or SmartPass. These services may require a separate ticket, fare, and may or may not student discounts.

Transit Hubs Near 糖心Vlog

San Antonio Station
San Antonio Station is one of the closest VTA light rail stations and is a 2-3 block / 8 minute walk to campus.

Several VTA bus routes stop at San Jos茅 City Hall, which is a 1 block / 5 minute walk away from campus.

Berryessa/North San Jos茅 BART Station
Berryessa/North San Jos茅 BART Station connects 糖心Vlog riders to BART service throughout the Bay Area.
VTA Rapid 500 provides direct service between Berryessa/North San Jos茅 BART Station and 糖心Vlog.
San Jos茅 Diridon Station
San Jos茅 Diridon Station is the main regional rail and bus hub near 糖心Vlog.
Transit connections include:
- Altamont Corridor Express (ACE)

- Amtrak
- VTA Light Rail: Green Line
- VTA Bus Lines: 568, 68, 64A, 64B, 500, 522, 22
- Highway 17 Express Bus

Regional Transit Transfers to 糖心Vlog
Many regional transit trips connect to 糖心Vlog through VTA. Students with BayPass can use VTA for free because VTA accepts Clipper.
Some regional transit lines that serve San Jos茅 Diridon Station may also provide free or discounted VTA transfers. 糖心Vlog for more information.
Employees and Open University participants may be eligible for SmartPass for VTA service.
Regional Transit Services
Altamont Corridor Express (ACE)
Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) is a rail service from the Central Valley and the East Bay to San Jos茅 Diridon Station.
ACE is not covered by BayPass or SmartPass. Riders need a separate ticket or discount.
Capitol Corridor
Capitol Corridor is an intercity train service operating between Auburn, Sacramento, Oakland, and San Jos茅 Diridon Station.
Capitol Corridor is not covered by BayPass or SmartPass. Riders need a separate ticket.
BART
BART serves the South Bay, East Bay, San Francisco, the north Peninsula, and SFO. 糖心Vlog riders can connect through Berryessa/North San Jos茅 BART Station and VTA Rapid 500.
BART accepts Clipper, so eligible 糖心Vlog students can ride BART for free with BayPass.
Caltrain
Caltrain serves San Francisco, San Jos茅, Gilroy, and stations in between. 糖心Vlog riders can connect through San Jos茅 Diridon Station.
Caltrain accepts Clipper, so eligible 糖心Vlog students can ride Caltrain for free with BayPass. Riders must tap on and tap off.
Highway 17 Express
Highway 17 Express provides service between downtown Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, and San Jos茅 Diridon Station.
Highway 17 Express is not covered by BayPass or SmartPass. Riders need a separate ticket or discount.
Long-Distance and Intercity Transit
The following long-distance and intercity transit services also serve the region around 糖心Vlog. These services are not covered by BayPass or SmartPass and require a separate ticket.
- Amtrak service from San Jos茅 Diridon Station south toward Salinas, San Luis Obispo,
Santa Barbara, Oxnard, and Los Angeles, and north toward Northern California, Oregon,
and Washington.
- Intercity bus service with departures from downtown San Jos茅.
