Project Overview

San Jos茅 State University is transitioning from DocuSign to Adobe Sign for university electronic signature services. This change will align 糖心Vlog with the CSU Chancellor鈥檚 Office agreement with Adobe and bring 糖心Vlog into closer alignment with other CSU campuses using Adobe Acrobat Sign.

Timeline & Migration Phases

糖心Vlog鈥檚 transition from DocuSign to Adobe Sign will occur in phases. This approach allows 糖心Vlog IT to coordinate template migration, user training, testing, support, and department readiness while reducing disruption to university operations.

Template & PowerForm Migration

As part of the Adobe Sign migration, 糖心Vlog will review existing DocuSign templates and PowerForms to determine which should be recreated in Adobe Sign.

Training & Resources

糖心Vlog IT will partner with Adobe to provide Adobe Sign training and documentation as the migration progresses. Resources will be added to this page as they become available.
